I couldn't believe the incredible value for money at this hotel. From the reasonable prices to the attention to detail, every aspect was just perfect. The location, right by the crystal clear waters of the lake, was absolutely stunning. And the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Our room had a small balcony, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. And the breakfast spread was simply delicious.

Everything was absolutely fine, nothing to be improved.

I had a great stay at a hotel located in a prime spot - next to a sparkling lake and on a pedestrian walkway close to the town centre. the traditional restaurant on-site served delicious Bavarian food, and the breakfast buffet was rich and appetizing. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service, including free transfers and travel cards.

Although the bathroom was on the small side, it was functional and clean.

The hotel provided a transfer from the station and travel cards for getting around. The setting was stunning with beautiful views of both the mountains and lake. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, we particularly enjoyed the traditional cuisine.

The bathroom was quite small and lacked counter space. The parking was not covered and felt a bit exposed. Despite these minor flaws, we had a wonderful romantic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its charm and hospitable staff.

The location near the lake and town center was perfect, providing easy access to walks and tourist attractions. the room was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the surrounding area. Although there were a few issues with the facilities, the WiFi worked well and it was great to have an elevator available.

We felt unwelcome and ignored, and our interactions with staff were abrupt and unhelpful.
